i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location worked well for accessing public transport. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room (the sheets were crisp!). i also liked having bike storage available as i explored the area on two wheels.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, restricting movement slightly (especially with luggage).

The housekeeping service was inconsistent. One day they did not show up until late in the afternoon. The front desk said this was normal. the bed frame was not fixed properly. It broke twice . The front desk did not seem concerned when informed.

the location near the train station was convenient. it made traveling easy. the front desk staff borrowed umbrellas, which i appreciated. the restaurants around the canal were also lovely.
the room was very small. i barely had space to walk between the window and the bed. there was no wardrobe in the room, inconvenient. i only had one large towel.

The hotel's location near the TGV station proved convenient. It allowed rapid travel and I could quickly move around. The front desk staff provided umbrellas, a very generous service, during some unexpected rain. The room was clean and modern.
The room I had felt quite small. There was no real space for luggage storage and the bathroom was very compact.

The location is super! It is really close to the train station. The staff was helpful and friendly. I got extra towels immediately when I asked for them.

The hotel location is convenient, very close to the train station. The staff was helpful and polite . They were also smartly dressed, which i appreciated.
The room was not well insulated. Cold air entered through the closed windows. The heating was not adjustable making the temperature uncomfortable.

i found the location excellent, very close to both gare de l'est and gare du nord. the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially at the front desk). many cafes and restaurants are nearby, including a mini market, convenient. i really appreciated how easy it was to get around the city.
